We are pleased to announce that registration for the Refocus on Recovery 2010 conference is now open. We accept payment by either credit or debit card (using RBS WorldPay) or cheque. Should you be paying by cheque please refer to the terms and conditions within the payment by cheque form.

Registration Process

Payment by visa/credit card.
Payment by cheque.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration the following charges will apply:-Cancellation by 12 July 2010 (10 weeks before) – 20% of registration fee paid.
Cancellation by 9 August 2010 (6 weeks before) – 50% of registration fee paid.
Cancellation after 6 September 2010 (2 weeks before) – no refund.
No refunds will be given on the Conference Dinner tickets after 12th July 2010.
Notice of cancellation must be given by email to recoveryconference2010@kcl.ac.uk.
All cancellations will be acknowledged.
