All prices are per room per night, and include VAT and breakfast. Rooms are subject to availability. The above rates are offered for a limited period (subject to availability) and have been negotiated for 20th and 21st September 2010 only.  Rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Due to the limited room numbers at each hotel, preferred room type cannot be guaranteed.

Title, first name, surname, email address, contact phone number, check in and out date, type of room and number of people staying in the room, first and second preferred hotels, credit card number and expiry date.

Credit card details are required to guarantee your booking (no payment will be taken until departure). Balance is due directly to hotel at your departure. Please see hotel information above for rates and package
